네덜란드 암스테르담에서 개최된 2012 유럽성기능 학회 (European Society for Sexual Medicine)에서 LJ비뇨기과 의료진은 "3M 음경확대 수술법의 보고"라는 제목으로 발표하여 베스트 발표상 (The Best Presentation Award = 최우수발표상)과 상금(200유로)을 수상하였습니다.
LJ비뇨기과의 3M 음경확대수술의 3가지 핵심기법들 (Multi-layer dissection method with the iris scissor, Multi-layer suturing lengthening procedure, Minimal incision using the novel retractor)을 각각 수술 장면 등을 이용하여 발표하였고 이 기법들을 혁신성, 안전성, 효율성 그리고 합리성 등에 대해 획기적이라는 평가를 받았습니다.
